      • November 11, 2025 – March 10, 2026 – Early Bird pricing: $210

      • March 11 – June 25, 2026 pricing – $240

    Congress Lecture Hours*

    • Lectures are 1 hour long, and the last lecture begins at 3:45 p.m.

  • Engineering Excellence:  Systematic Pre-Team Foundations that Prepare Athletes for Future Excellence
    Saturday, July 11 – 6:00-8:30 p.m.


    This boot camp is designed to help coaches lay a strong technical foundation for young gymnasts, particularly at the Pre-Team and early competitive levels. With a focus on foundational shaping, efficient workout structure, and clear event-specific progressions, coaches will learn how to maximize short training windows, implement purposeful warm-ups and conditioning, and create consistent progressions that set athletes up for long-term success in the sport. Ideal for Recreational Coaches, Pre-Team Development Coaches, and Beginning Level Xcel Coaches, this course prioritizes strong fundamentals, technical precision, and practical strategies that can be applied immediately in the gym.   • Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

    Transfer Policy:  To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

    Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received on or before June 25, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 25, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2026.

    PLEASE NOTE: Registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
